1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Quebil (the "Service"), provided by Tech Script Solutions("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

Quebil is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application providing businesses with tools for GST billing, proforma invoicing, digital receipts, delivery challans, stock inventory management, and business revenue reports.

Quebil is an operational software tool. You acknowledge that Quebil does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your invoices and tax filings comply with relevant statutory authorities.

3. User Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, and access tokens.
• You agree to notify us immediately at hr@quebil.com of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
• Tech Script Solutions will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login details.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Trial Period: We may provide a 14-day free trial allowing full operational access. At the end of the trial, continued access requires subscribing to an active plan.
• Billing Cycles: Subscription packages are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual cycle as selected by you.
• Taxes: All subscription charges are exclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payment Failure: Failure to pay renewal fees may result in suspension or downgrading of account privileges after notice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use Quebil for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized business purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute any part of Quebil software or source code.
• Attempt to bypass security features, tenant data barriers, or unauthorized access limits.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or spam through automated email or WhatsApp notification features.

6. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

Your Data: You retain all intellectual property rights and full ownership of your data, including customer records, invoices, stock items, and receipts entered into Quebil.

Our Platform: The Quebil software, logo, interface design, algorithms, documentation, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Tech Script Solutions.

7. Service Availability & Maintenance

While we strive for high system reliability, Quebil is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance or emergency upgrades with minimal disruption. We will make reasonable efforts to announce scheduled maintenance in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Script Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
