• Billing & Transaction Records: Invoices, proforma invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, customer records, supplier profiles, product catalog, stock numbers, and pricing created through your account.
• Operational & Log Data: IP addresses, browser types, timestamps, user activity logs, and system error reports to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data exclusively for legitimate operational purposes, including:

• Providing billing calculations, tax invoice generation, and real-time inventory management.
• Delivering digital invoices and receipts via email, PDF, or WhatsApp on your instruction.
• Managing your subscription package, billing renewals, and customer support requests.
